Re: [BKARTS] flattening wet paper



Good Morning.
This has been an interesting discussion.  Individuals in our area with a very long memory of helping family dig out from Katrina are curious about washing documents recovered from dirty water, sludge, or just plain mud.  Were one to recommend a generally-available solution to help in an emergency, what would it be?
